Tkuma was a temporary Israeli right wing party during 1998. Hanan Porat and Zvi Hendel left the Mafdal and created a new party called Emunim (literally trust). They then renamed the party Tkuma (literally resurrection) and finally joined the National Union. The party never stood for elections independently. As of 2004, Zvi Hendel (a Gush Katif resident) is a member of the Knesset representing the portion of Tkuma in the National Union.
