The Bourne Supremacy (ISBN 0553263226) is a novel written by Robert Ludlum and a sequel to The Bourne Identity. It is the second of four novels based on the fictional character, Jason Bourne. The Bourne Supremacy (movie) was released in 2004 and starred Matt Damon as Bourne.

Novel summary

The myth that is Jason Bourne returns to the Far East when a political assassination credited to Bourne turns heads in Washington D.C.. In a scheme to take over Hong Kong, the result of which would be civil war in China and possibly global disaster, Washington unleashes the real Jason Bourne a.k.a. David Webb in an attempt to destroy the conspiracy.
