Sally J. Priesand is America's first female rabbi. Rabbi Priesand was ordained in June, 1972, by Hebrew Union College-Jewish Institute of Religion in Cincinnati, Ohio. She is the spiritual leader of Monmouth Reform Temple in Tinton Falls, NJ .
