Russel Eugene Weston Jr.

Russel Eugene Weston Jr. was the cause of the deaths of 2 U.S. officers at the U.S. Capitol during a mad gunfire on July 27, 1998. He was metally ill at that time.

Many of Weston's neighbors had disliked him, and often ignored him rather than communicate. they considered him to be different, and sometimes eccentric. Weston had once thought that his neighbor was using his television satellite dish to spy on his actions.

Weston had also spent around 50 days in a mental hospital after threating a Montana resident. He was released after testing as being of no danger to himself or anyone else.

Weston is may be charged with a death penalty for his recent wrongdoings.
