Pan-German movement

A German movement trying to unify all German-speaking nations and groups in one nation. This movement tried, for example, to unify Germany and Austria before World War II. A similar movement existed before 1871. Otto von Bismarck partially accomplished its goals when he unified Prussia, Saxony, Württemberg, Baden and some other German-speaking regions in the German Empire.
