Nursing school is a type of educational institution where people undergo training to become a nurse and become trained in all aspects of a select field.
Students can graduate as Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs), who take care of the physical health of patients either in the hospital, home or nursing home. Registered nurses (RNs) work in hospitals, doctor's offices or educational institutions. Delivery nurses work in the labor and delivery rooms, and neonatal nurses work in the NICU or nurseries, where they take care of the babies after they're born until they're ready to go home. Other types include operating room (OR) nurses and nursing assistants, or aides.
