Northam(Latitude 31° 38' 0" S, Longitude 116° 40' 0" E) is a town in Western Australia, birthplace of Shirley Strickland, Fredrick Henry Piesse and Carmen Lawrence. It is home to around 7000 people and is the largest town in the Avon region.

Northam is located 96km North East of Perth in the Avon Valley.
