Nick Evangelista is a fencing master who teaches the classical French school of fencing in Springfield, Missouri. He was trained by the former Olympian (1928, 1932) and fencing master to the stars, Ralph Faulkner . One of the more prolific and outspoke proponents of classical fencing , Maitre Evangelista has authored several books popular with students of sport as well as classical fencing. Titles include The Art and Science of Fencing , The Inner Game of Fencing , The Encyclopedia of the Sword , and The Woman Fencer co-authored with his wife, Anita Evangelista.
