M.W. Kellogg, a pipe fabrication business started by Morris W. Kellogg in 1900. It specialized in petroleum related equipment and technology. The company was acquired by Dresser Industries in 1988 and is now part of the Halliburton group of companies. Dresser was acquired by Halliburton in 1998.
