This is a list of Australian Army divisions that existed during World War II.

- Australian 2nd Armoured Division (a.k.a. 2nd Motor Division; 2nd Cavalry Division)
- Australian 3rd Armoured Division (a.k.a. 1st Cavalry Division; 1st Motor Division)

- Australian 3rd Division (World War II)
- Australian 4th Division (World War II)
- Australian 5th Division (World War II)
- Australian 6th Division
- Australian 7th Division

The 6th, 7th, 8th, and 9th Divisions were the only Second Australian Imperial Force (AIF) divisions to see active service in their entirety. Elements of the 1st Armoured Division, an AIF unit, also saw action. The 10th Division was a short-lived AIF formation.
The other divisions were Militia (reserve) units. The 3rd and 5th Divisions saw active service in their entirety, as did elements of some other Militia divisions.
