Lisa Otto (b. November 14, 1919 in Dresden) is a German soprano.

She studied at the Hochschule für Musik in her hometown. In 1941, she made her debut in Beuthen.

In the 1940s she performed with the Nuremberg Opera , then the Semper Oper in Dresden. In the 1950s she joined the Städtische Oper Berlin, and began touring internationally. She has also appeared at the Salzburg Festival.

She is best known for her roles in Mozart’s operas.
