King of Newfoundland was the title given in Newfoundland to the head of state between the British Royal and Parliamentary Titles Act in 1927 and the end of Newfoundland's independence in 1934. During this time, the Dominion of Newfoundland had an independent, self-governing existence as a dominion within the British Commonwealth, with the British monarch also serving as monarch of Newfoundland. This title was only officially held by George V.

Prior to this, from the Dominion's founding in 1907 until 1927, the King's title was King in Newfoundland as it was considered that there was a single crown (that of the United Kingdom) throughout the British Empire. This position was first held by Edward VII until 1910 and then by George V.
