Johnny Leo Mokan (born September 23, 1895 in Buffalo, New York) (died February 10, 1985 in Buffalo, New York) was a Major League Baseball player. A right-handed outfielder, Johnny made his major league debut April 15, 1921 at the age of 26.

Johnny spent seven seasons in the major leagues with Pittsburgh and Philadelphia of the National League.
