Jennifer Ehle (born December 29 1969 in Winston-Salem, North Carolina, USA to Rosemary Harris and John Ehle ) is a stage and film actress who is arguably most known for her role as Elizabeth Bennet in the 1995 BBC mini-series Pride and Prejudice. She had a relationship with Colin Firth, who played Mr Darcy in the same production.
She is now happily married.
