İbrahim Kutluay (born January 7 1974) is a Turkish basketball player. He has played for Fenerbahçe, Ülkerspor and Efes Pilsen. Currently, he plays guard with Greek Euroleague power Panathinaikos. He returned to Europe during the 2005 NBA All-Star break after languishing on the bench of the Seattle SuperSonics, for which he played in only five games during the 2004-05 season.
