Hilltop Youth ( נוער הגבעות ) is the term commonly used for several right-wing dissident youth groups in Israel. The groups seek to protect and encourage Jewish settlements. They are influenced by Kahanist ideals.

The groups are not centrally organized. Though there is documentation of violent activity by the Hilltop Youth (mainly beating people and vandalizing property) they have never committed a murder. Their main activity is erecting outposts and prevent dismantling of existing outposts.

The mainstream Israeli settlement movement and other right-wing parties insist that the Hilltop Youth are not part of their movement.
