The term Georges is a pun on the name of 1960s soccer legend George Best. It is generally taken to refer to a woman's breasts (see Censored page).

The slang's origin is unknown, but the most famous usage can be found in a 1985 screenplay by Radio 4 playwright Royston Tiddywinkle .
