Break The Cycle is Staind's 3rd album. It was released on May 8, 2001.
Break The Cycle was a huge success for Staind, spending several weeks at No. 1 in the US album charts. The album's theme is somewhat moody, even depressing, but features some excellent guitar and vocals.
