Ali Al-Haidri (19??-January 4, 2005) was the governor of the province of Baghdad, Iraq. He was assassinated by an armed gunman in the nation's capital.

He narrowly escaped being killed in a seperate assassination attempt in early September of 2004 in Baghdad.
