This article should include material from wudu
Wodoo, see also Wudu, is washing parts of the body, in clean water, as a part of the preparation for the daily prayer, Salah. Wodoo is sometimes considered as an ablution.
One must wash the face, feet, hands, ears, arms, and other bodily regions prior to prayer recitation and prostrations.
However, according to Qur'an and Qur'an alone, you wash your face, you wash your arms (up to elbows), you wipe your head, and you wash your feet up to ankles. This is not only to wash your self clean physically but to cleanse spiritually as well.
What nullifies Wudu is intoxication, sexual orgasam, urinary or fecal related extractions (gas)
If one does not find water to wash (do Wodoo), it can be replaced by Tayamum, which allows one to ablute even if a water is not available. This is done by clapping one's hands on sand or dry earth, removing whatever sand or earth that is on them.
