William Forsythe (born June 7, 1955 in Bedford-Stuyvesant, Brooklyn, New York) is an American actor. He is frequently cast in "tough guy" roles such as criminals or law enforcement officers.

His films include Extreme Prejudice , Savage Dawn , Out for Justice, The Rock, and The Waterdance .
