Transcortical sensory aphasia

Site of Brain Damage: Temporal-occipital-parietal junction, posterior to Wernicke's area. Patients with TSA have poor comprehension, fluent, grammatical, sometimes jargon like speech, good repition. They have mostly semantic paraphasia.
