Stephen Lovatt (born May 27, 1964) is an New Zealand actor known for his portrayal of the character Max Hoyland in the Australian soap opera Neighbours. He has performed on television, film and in the theatre since training as an actor at the New Zealand Drama School . His television credits include various guest starring roles in Xena: Warrior Princess.
