His Highness Sheikh Saad al-Abdallah al-Salim Al Sabah (born 1930) is the Crown Prince of Kuwait. Between February 1978 and July 2003, he also served as Prime Minister of Kuwait , when that role was given to Sabah al-Ahmad al-Jabir al-Sabah.
