Richard Ernest Turner

Sir Richard Ernest William Turner (July 25, 1871-June 19, 1961) was a Canadian lieutenant of the Royal Canadian Dragoons Western Front during World War I. He also fought during the South African War of 1899-1902, a war from which he was awarded the Victoria Cross for bravery at Leliefontein, November 7, 1900.
