The Queen's Own Yeomanry is an armoured regiment of the British Territorial Army consisting of five squadrons, each of which bears the cap badge of an old yeomanry regiment:

• A (Ayrshire (Earl of Carrick's Own) Yeomanry ) Squadron
• B (North Irish Horse ) Squadron
• C (Fife and Forfar Yeomanry/Scottish Horse ) Squadron
• D (Northumberland Hussars ) Squadron
• Y (Yorkshire) Squadron

The Queen's Own Yeomanry is the only yeomanry regiment that serves in the armoured reconnaissance role, equipped with the Scimitar.
