Patsy King (born 1929) is a Melbourne-based theatre actor. During the 1970s she also appeared in many of the Australian television series of the time such as Power Without Glory , Homicide , Division 4 , Hunter , Bellbird, The Sullivans, Chopper Squad , Bluey , Out of Love , Good Morning Mr Doubleday , The Long Arm , Adventure Island and Playschool. Her best known role was that of prim prison governor Erica Davidson in cult soap opera Prisoner, a role she played from 1979 to 1983, with guest reappearances in 1984.
Her stage credits include Elvira in Blithe Spirit, Margaret in Absurd Person Singular, Helena in A lovely Sunday for Creve Coeur, Helen in Half a sixpence, Angelica in Love for love, Erica in Prisoner Cell Block H: The Stage Play. She earned the Erik Award for her portrayal of Agnes in Fourposter.
