Ngo Trong Anh (vietnamese: Ngô Trọng Anh) was born in Vietnam.
Biography
He served in the Republic of Vietnam (RVN) administration as Minister of Transportation and Public Works .
He was a Professor at Saigon University of Technology and also at the Van Hanh University, located in the Republic of Vietnam.
In April 1975, he escaped during the Fall of Saigon because he was anti-communist and immigrated to the United States.
Since 1995, he has served as the President on the National Security Council of an exiled anti-communist organization known as The Government of Free Vietnam.
