Millicent Martin (born June 8, 1934) is an English actress, singer and comedienne.

During the early 1960s, Martin became well-known to television audiences as the resident singer of topical songs on the weekly satire show, That Was the Week That Was. She was married to pop singer Ronnie Carroll , but they divorced.

In recent years, Martin has become a familiar face on television once again, playing the part of Daphne's mother in the sitcom, Frasier.
