Mariyinsky Palace (Ukrainian: Маріінський палац, Mariins'ky palats) in Kiev is the official residence of the President of Ukraine for ceremonial purposes. The dimunitive palace, designed by Bartolomeo Rastrelli for Empress Elizabeth in 1755, adjoins the building of the Verkhovna Rada (parliament) of Ukraine.
