Lyn Nofziger

Franklyn C. "Lyn" Nofziger (born 1924) is an American journalist, political consultant and author who served as White House staff during the Reagan and Nixon administrations.

His conviction, part of the Wedtech scandal, on charges that he illegally lobbied the administration, was overturned on appeal.

He has written the political memoir Nofziger and (as of 2004) four Western novels with a hero named Tackett, a drifter who falls into situations that compel him to rescue women in distress.
