Lon Horiuchi was a sniper who shot dead Vicky Weaver , and wounded her husband Randy Weaver and one of their sons whilst working for the FBI HRT at Ruby Ridge, Idaho, in 1992. Horiuchi's actions are still the subject of much debate.
