The Honourable Liza Frulla, PC, MP (born March 30, 1949) is a Canadian politician. She is a Member of Parliament representing the Liberals in the House of Commons for the riding of Jeanne-Le Ber, Quebec, a position she was elected to in 2002.
She is the Minister of Canadian Heritage and Minister responsible for the Status of Women in the cabinet of Prime Minister Paul Martin, having previously served as Minister of Social Development.
From 1989 to 1998, she represented the provincial riding of Marguerite-Bourgeoys in the National Assembly of Quebec. She was Minister of Communications and Minister of Cultural Affairs.
