Fractional numbers
This is a table of English names for positive rational numbers less than 1. It also lists alternative names, but there is no widespread convention for the names of extremely small positive numbers.
Keep in mind that rational numbers like 0.12 can be represented in several ways, e.g. twenty-four two-hundredths , twelve hundredths , six fiftieths , three twenty-fifths , zero-point-one-two (0.12), and twelve percent (12%).
