This is a list of Khoisan languages, which are indigenous to southern Africa. All separate languages are linked to. Many of the languages listed are endangered, and several are extinct. Headings given are branches of the Khoisan language family.
The Khoisan relationship is hypothetical. The inclusion of Hadza is especially doubtful, although most linguists accept that the Southern African families are probably distantly related.
