Light displacement

Light displacement is a measure of a naval ship's size.

The ship is complete and ready for service in every respect, including permanent ballast (solid and liquid), and liquids in machinery at operating levels but is without crewmembers, their effects, ammunition, or any items of consumable or variable load.

See full displacement.
