Lee Sa-bi (real name Lee Eon-jeong) is the first Korean Playboy model. There have been other Korean-American models who posed for Playboy in the past, but Lee Sabi is the first to officially represent the country of Korea. She began her modelling career as a catwalk model in Daegu in 1998.
