Larry Williams

Larry Williams (1935-80) was a rhythm and blues singer and pianist from New Orleans, Louisiana. Many of his songs were recorded by The Beatles, such as "Bad Boy", "Slow Down","Dizzy Miss Lizzie" and "Bony Moronie".

Williams also worked with Johnny 'Guitar' Watson and Little Richard. He had been involved with underworld activity since his early teens, and had reputedly been a pimp before he ever recorded music. He was mysteriously murdered in his home in Los Angeles, California in 1980, and no suspects were ever arrested or charged.
