Kinrooi is a municipality located in the Belgian province of Limburg. On January 1st, 2004 Kinrooi had a total population of 11,928 (6,128 males and 5,800 females). The total area is 54.76 km² which gives a population density of 217.80 inhabitants per km². The five little villages are Molenbeersel, Kinrooi, Kessenich, Geistingen and Ophoven.
