Judy Lynn Genshaft is the current heiress to the Fresh Mark meat packer and manufacturer firm. Originally from Ohio, she has now lived in Florida for many years, and has been the president of the University of South Florida since 2000. She has previously held administrative positions at SUNY Albany and Ohio State University.
