Jazzology Records is a United States based record label specializing in traditional jazz. Jazzology was founded in 1949 by George H. Buck , who as of 2004 still runs it. Buck also owns a number of other record labels, such as GHB Records ; "Jazzology" is sometimes used as the general term for all of these related labels. At the end of the 1960s Jazzology acquired Southland Records and about 1990 American Music Records.
