Jack Morris
John Scott "Jack" Morris (born May 16, 1955) was a Major League Baseball player. Morris pitched in 18 big league seasons between 1977 - 1994, primarily for the Detroit Tigers.
He won 254 games during his career, 4 World Series (with three different teams), and pitched a no-hitter. He is widely regarded as the most dominant pitcher of the 1980s. Perhaps his most memorable game was Game 7 of the 1991 World Series, in which he gave a marathon 10 inning shutout performance against the Atlanta Braves. The Minnesota Twins scored the game's only run in the bottom of the 10th to win the Series.
