Fredegond Shove

Fredegond Shove (1889 - 1949) was an English poet. She was the wife of the economist Gerald Shove , and daughter of the historian Frederic William Maitland.

Her work was included in the 1918-19 Georgian poetry volume. Later Ralph Vaughan Williams set four of her poems to music.

Socially she was on the fringe of the Bloomsbury group, but mostly resident in Cambridge.
