Entropia, Inc. is a company founded in 1997 which sells distributed computing software.

Entropia ran the server for GIMPS, a distributed computing project researching Mersenne prime numbers.

Founder Scott Kurowski, who has since left Entropia, now runs the server.

Entropia has also helped with research on AIDS and other subjects.
