e-Office is the acronym of electronic office. It is the process of eliminating paper and making all transactions electronic in an office.
e-Office could in a limited way be just one or more individual personal computers or a network of persoanl computers, either on a LAN or on the WEB.
e-Office is expected to introduce transparency and accountability in any organization, thereby improving the service levels to customers - both internal and external.
