Dirty Deeds Done Dirt Cheap is an album by Australian hard rock band AC/DC, released in 1976 (see 1976 in music). It was, for some reason, quickly removed from stores after only a few days out. The album was re-released in the United States in 1981.
The Australian and U.S. versions of the album differ. First of all, Problem Child from the Australian Dirty Deeds was placed on the U.S. version of Let There Be Rock, replacing "Crabsody in Blue." It was kept on the 1981 reissue anyway. Also, the song "RIP (Rock In Peace)" was taken off the U.S. version and has never been released in the U.S. at all. It was replaced with "Rocker" from AC/DC's second album T.N.T., which was the main source of the tracks for the U.S. version of High Voltage.
