Dicky Diamond real name Richard Vandersleuz was the bass guitarist of The Easybeats. His rock tight bass riffs and statue like stance on stage made him a legendary figure. Just before retiring to Queensland he nearly formed a band with bassist and songwriter Vincent Ruello but Vincent was unable to work with Richard as he was tied up with Drops Of Light. They shared a mutual respect with their friend Allan Kissick whom they kept company with till his passing away.
