David Lepper (born 15 September 1945) is a politician in the United Kingdom. He is Labour and Co-operative member of Parliament for Brighton Pavilion, and has been since 1997. Previously he had led Brighton Council.

He is being challenged for the seat by Keith Taylor, one of the principal speaker of the Green Party of England and Wales.
