Cyprian Kamil Norwid (1821–1883) was one of the most famous Polish poets, a prominent sculptor and painter. He was beside the second generation of romanticists. He wrote many beautiful poems, including "Chopin's Piano" or "Bem's Rapsody". He was non-conformist and he wasn't appreciated in his lifetime, so he died in poverty.
