The Croatian National Bank (or HNB for Croatian Hrvatska Narodna Banka) is the central bank of the Republic of Croatia.
The National Bank is established by the Constitution of Croatia, governed by the Law on the Croatian National Bank and the Croatian Parliament, and headed by the Governor (guverner) of the bank.
The HNB's main objectives are to maintain price stability and support the economic policy of the Croatian Government. It manages the national currency, the kuna, and holds the national monetary reserves.
